Daytona:
Hai! I tend to enjoy the MCU live-action and animated movies and TV Series, and of the TV series I think that Daredevil has been my favorite! Shown on Disney+, Born Again is the 4th season of Daredevil (excluding his appurrances in other purrductions), the first three of which were shown win Netflix.
I love how it continues (not reboots) from where it left off, and with th returning cast members including Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, Deborah Ann Wall as Karen Page, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / The Punisher, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Wison Bethel as Bullseye, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk…
… and Vincent D’Onofrio as The Kingpin, who might be my favorite portrayal of a Marvel villain! There are great new characters too in this extremely captivating tale with great action & performances aplenty amidst major story & character developments that I give the “A” grade! I am done, and now here is Lani to eview
Sinners!
Kianalani:
Arigato! Set in Mississippi in the Jim Crowe era, Sinners reunites the dream team of writer / purrducer / director Ryan Coogler with actor Michael B. Jordan, who already sounded me with the Black Panther and Creed movies, but Jordan is twice as good this time, because this time he purrtrays the twin brothers!
They are tough, charismatic World WarI vets and Chicago gangsters who return to the small rural home town to start a juke joint and recruit wonderful local blues mewcians, but the plan is frought with some awkward other family and romance reunions, amidst the classism, racism… and vampires!
Thusly the meowgickally festive opening night becomes the horrific event! The story, mythology, purrformances, choreography, cinemeowtography, mewsic, FX and, well, every other aspect of the movie are outstanding, with significant mid & post credits scenes too! I am done, so now here are Nya-sensei & Nyo-sensei to start out
