Hai! I love a good fun horror movie, and this adaptation of Adam Cesare delightfully fit the bill! Directed and co-written by Eli Craig, a girl and her widowwer dad relocate to the small town in Missouri, where she befriends the disliked group of high school students who are blamed for the town’s disasters.
Things worsen for them at the besieged rural party which becomes the gory massacre! I do not wish to further spoil the taste oftt he plot, which does involve evil clowns that stalk amongst the stalks, with the good balance of the scary violent action, humor, suspense, and character developments!
Purrtraying the good mix of likable and unlikable characters, the aMAIZEing (heehee) cast includes Katie Douglas as Quinn, Aaron Abrams as her dad, Carson MacCormac as her new friend Cole, Kevin Durand as his dad the mayor, and Will Sasso as the sheriff!. Nyow here is Beebs to discuss the

Arigato! For our review of the movie, please see our March 2025 Mew! I am a big fan of the Marvel movies & TV series, so I eagerly awaited this home video release! The PG-13, 118 meownute movie and special features are on the one disc along with the digital code in the plastic case in the outer cardboard sleeve.
Purrsented in the 1080P HD widescreen aspect ratio of 2.39:1, the sound choices are English 7.1 DTSHD Meowster, English 2,0 Descriptive Audio read by Jedidiah Barton, French and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1, and the optional commeowntary by director Julius Onah and cinemeowtographer Kramer Morgantha!
The special features include two behind-the-scenes featurettes totalling almost 2 meownuts long, which have commeownts by Onah, purrducers Kevin Feige, Nate Moore and Kayna Davidson, costumer Alison Freer, actors Anthony Mackie, Harrison Ford, Danny Ramirez. Tim Blake Nelson and Giancarlo Esposito!
Also included are the three deleted scenes which total 4.75 meownutes. and the gag reel which is almost 2.25 meownutes long. That is not a lot of special features, but they are quite entertaining and informative, so I am quite pleased to have this set in my video collection! Nyow here is Dayona to discuss the

Hai! Created by Taylor Sheridan whose shows Yellowstone, 1883 and 1923 I like to binge-watch, Landman stars Billy Bob Thonrton as thr titular character who overseas the opurrations of the oil rigs in Texas whilst juggling the relationships with his family, friends & enemies. It is one of my favorite TV series of last year!
The wonderful cast also includes Ali Larter, Michelle Randolph, Jacob Lofland, Pauilina Chavez, John Hamm, Demi Moore, Kayla Wallace, Colm Feore, James Jordan, Mark Collie and Mitchell Slaggert, with appearances by Michael Pena, Ben Browder, Alex Meraz, Andy Garcia, Robyn Lively, and coach Jerry Jones!
Thusly I was quite eager to buy the three disc R1 NTSC DVD set which has all 10 of the first season’s 10 unrated episodes which total almost 8.7 hours, presented in widescreen with English 5.1 Dolby Digital audio and the optional English SDH subtitles, plus the special features which total about 86.5 minutes!
The special features are the featurettes “Constant Criisis” ( 3.75 min), Passion and Poise” (10.18 min), “Welcome to th Patch” (almost 14 min), “Inside the Series” (just over 22 min), Meet the Millers (just over 2 min), “The Best of Tommy” (2.3 min), “Roughnecking it” (1.75 min), and “Digging Deep” (3 min)!
Thos are the informative and entertaining look at the making of the series, with comments by actors Thornton, Larter, Randolph, Jofland, Chavez, Moore, Hamm, Wallace, Feore, Jordan, Collie and Pena; stunt coordinator Wade Allen and special FX supervisor Garry Elmendorf! Star Wars: Andor Season 2!

Doitashimaste! So like, Star Wars is such a big thing that the saga can include many types of whimsical and serious live-action & animated movies TV series stories for all ages that remind us of westerns, samurai, wizards, cute robots, criminals, and of course, wars.
As the direct prequel to the movie Rogue One, which itself was a direct prequel to A New Hope, the two seasons of Andor are the more serious tale of the political movements, espionage, sacrifices, and the origin of the rebellion against the tyrannical empire.
So like, created by show-runner Tony Gilroy, Andor has everything- the glorious sets, locations, mechanics, props, costumes, make-up, locations, FX, choreography, direction, cinematography, sound, music, editing, and most importantly the totally awesome story, fur shur!
The ast cast is like totally brilliant, including Diego Luna, Genevieve O’Reilly, Adria Arjona, Stellan Skarsgard, Forest Whitaker, Denise Gough, Alistair Petrie, Anton Lesser, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau, Kyle Soller, Ben Mendelsohn, Benjamin Bratt and Alan Tudyk!
Unfolding at the perfect pace, with the captivating plot & character developments, world & myth building, I think that Andor is the best of the live-action Star Wars TV series, and I will give it the grade of the A+ as in Andor, fur shur! Now here are Kianalani and Melanakeami to review
Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning!

Arigato, nyan! I did not care much for the first two Mission: Impossible movies, but the third one was the big impurrovement, and from there the series has been even more fantastic fantastic, so I was quite eager to see this 170 minute epic international espionage movie !
Directed, produced and co-written by Christopher McQuarrie, and starring producer Tom Cruise in his 8th adventure as Ethan Huntthe, the supurrbly returning cast includes Ving Rhames as Luther, Simon Pegg as Benj and the voice of The Entityi, Hayley Atwell as Grace…
….Pom Klementieff as Paris, Esai Morales as Gabriel.Henry Czerny as Kittridge, Esai Morales as Gabriel, Shea Whigham as Briggs, Greg Davis as Degas, Ronlf Saxon as Donloe, and Angela Bassett as the President!
They are joined by lotsa other great actors such as Mark Gatiss, Pasha Lychnikoff, Holt McCallan, Janet McTeer, Katy O’Brian, Nick Offerman, Hannah Waddingham, Stephen Young , Charles Parnell, Tramell Tillma, and Lucy Tulugarjuk!

It has the astoundingly thrilling action on the city streets, the underground, in the air, on the ice, on and under the water, in the ships, command centers and in cyberspace as the A.I. known as The Entity threatens to destroy the world!
So, without spoiling the plot, which is the direct sequel to Dead Reckoning, we will just offer our opinions in general on the various aspects of the movie- which we really wish that Rebecca Ferguson was in.
Aside from a certain revelation that seemed impromptu we quite liked the plot, continuity, plot, pace, dialogue, character developments, acting, stunts, sets, locations, FX, cinematography, mewsic, sound, editing and lavish production values!
Compared to the prior seven M:I movies, our favorites are Fallout and then Rogue Nation, but Final Reckoning is the excellent conclusion to Dead Reckoning, which I prefer to Ghost Protocol, M:I 3, 2 and 1. Now here are Na Ling & Ji Yun to

Hai! Currently owned by Katie and managed by Tommy, Inside Pitch Promotions’ May 31st – June 1st 2025 show was in the 50,000 square foot Exposition Center at the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh which is about 150 miles northeast of here! It was quite bustling there with other events going on!
That included the Greek festival, Gun & Military Show, the Dressage Classic and the weekly flea market! We caravanned to there to meet Mike and our friends Pacozord, Chef Ron and Ob1 who had several tables full of many comic books, books, games, memorabilia, action figures and other toys!
Those were just the few of over 380 tables, most of which had sports and Pokemon cards and items. The venders’ set-up process started on Friday, with the show open to attendees rom 9am – 4pm on Saturday, and 10am – 3pm on Sunday when the weather warmed up to the sunny 80 degrees!
Ji Yun:
The parking was free, and admission was $5 per day, or $7 for the 2 day pass, but kids >10 got in for free! We got great deals on items that we hoped to find such as a My Little Pony G1 Bow-Tie figure, early issues of Cinefex and G-Fan, and a Star Wars comic book with an Ahsoka variant cover!
In addition to the Greek cuisine and the Kerr-Scott concession stand, the food at the market was kettle corn, pork rinds, popcorn, ice cream, snow cones, hot dogs, pizza, tacos, cakes, pies, pastries, candy, nuts, jerky, pet food, farm fresh produce, jelly, lemonade, coffee, tea, and other beverages!
Of course, here were more food options just several blocks away on the streets surrounding the fairgrounds! It was so much fun to shop and mingle with other fans and fellow collectors, and we look forward to the next such hobbyist event! Now we will turn The Mew to Mike and Dach, for their report on the
I Want My 80’s Tour concert at
Redhat Ampitheater, Raleigh NC!

Thanks, Ji Yun! Just a few days after that show at the fairgrounds, on June 4th we were back in our state’s capital city at the Red Hat Ampitheater (across the street from the Raleigh Convention Center) for the I Want The 80’s Tour’s concert starring John Cafferty, Wang Chung, John Waite, and Rick Springfield!
Although not nearly sold out, it was a pretty good crowd with lovely weather and high enthusiasm that was matched by the terrific bands. Cafferty got the show off with a big bang, performing Tough All Over, On the Dark Side, C-I-T-Y, and- even more to my delight- Hearts on Fire from the movie Rocky IV!
Next was Wang Chung, whose front men Nick Felderman & Jack Hues were as brilliant as ever, performing Let’s Go, Hypnotize Me, Should I Stay or Should I Go, and their bug finish was of course Everybody Have Fun Tonight, but what made me happiest was Wait (from the mvie To Live and Die in L.A.)!

It was dusk when the lights came on for John Waite’s set, which included Missing You, Back on My Feet Again, Every Time I Think of you, When I See you Smiile, and – to my awed surprise- a cover of Led Zeppelin’s Whole Lotta Love! After that it, was time for the headliner top things off with an hour jam!
My joy knew no bounds when Living in Oz ignited a medley which also included snippets of Bop ’til You Drop, Souls, Jessie’s Girl, What’s Victoria’s Secret?, and What Kind of Fool Am I? He was astounding! It was one of the most energic performances I’ve ever seen! That included I’ll make You Happy, Love Somebody…
…Don’t Talk to Strangers, Venus in Overdrive Affair of the Heart, World Start Turning, Human Touch, and walking through the crowd during an extended Jessie’s Girl for the finale! He also took a few moments to chat about dealing with depression, and supporting Linda Blair’s dog-rescuing WorldHeart Foundation.
I was impressed by his “rose explosions”, and the only quibble I have (about all four acts) was the jumbotron’s visuals, which looked like they were AI. Otherwise, whatta terrific show! Hailing from the other world of Kythea with her sprit cat Kyki, KemmyCakes is the cute widdle nekomimi who speaks English & Spanish, likes to meet people, eat sweets, and play games such as the MMORPGS, ARPGs, first purrson shooters, and multiplayer arena battles, and has the accounts at Twitch, Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram, Discord, and Carrd!
Since 2018, Cutie Cori a.k.a. Cori Laika and Corinne Laika is the sexy Pink-eyed Meowgernta-haired 3D kitsune succubus vTuber with the tattoos on her right cheek and below her inny belly button! Yotsuba Nakano Swimsuit Version Figure!

Arigato. Created in 2017 by Negi Haruba, The Quintessential Quintuplets is the delightful manga, anime, and video game series of the romeowntic comedy genre and the harem trope purrtaining to the male high school student who is hired to tutor the five sisters.
One of the Nakano sisters is the Yotsuba, the fair-skinned, blue-eyed, orange-haired older teenager about 5’4” tall (excluding her green bunny-ear hair ribbon) and 110 lbs with the BWH sizes of 32D-23-33” and the vertical inny belly button.
She has he genki purrsonality and great ahtletic skill, but she also has the inner struggles and social concerns, but in this dynamic running pose with the wide-eyed big smile she looks quite happy in the light green halter-neck, side-tie bikini with strappy white sandals.
Standing atop the circular base, the PVC figure is about 8” tall, and is thusly 1/8th scale, with the meowrvelous, purrcise design, sculpt & paint with the intricate details from her swaying hair & lithe abs to the knotted ribbon and sandals’ four-leaf clover clips. Nami is the supurr nyavigator and – and burgler of the purrotagonist Straw Hat Pirate gang with the fair skin, fiery orange hair, heterochromatic eyes. and – and the tattoo on her uppurr left arm, nyan. In the manga & anime, she is 5’7” tall with the BWH sizes of 38-22-34” and – and the inny belly button, nyan!!
Her clothes typically include the bikini tops and – and sandals with the pants or skirts, the bracelet from her sister, and – and the trusty Log Pose Compass watch! Standing on her left le, in a sort of Captain Morgan stance, she licks her smiling lips and winks at us as the raises the keg-like tankard, nyan!

Arigato! You know,Tara-chan and I are pony owners, who are purrticularly fond of the animated equine purrductions such as My Little Pony, Spirit Riding Free, and – and Umamusume Pretty Derby, which in English means Horse Girl Pretty Derby, which purrtains to the athletic horse girls!
The manga, anime and video game franchise follows the fillies as they train at the academies with the aspurrations of greatness as athletes and idols! They are named after the real race horses. For example, the Dark Bay thoroughbred stallion Rice Shower was born on March 5th, 1989 and won many races in the 1990’s!
The character is the shy horse girl with fair skin, violet eyes, Black hair and tail thinks that she is a jinx. Approximately 4’9″ tall with the BWH sizes of 30-20-30”, the 1/9 scale figure of her is 6.5” tall excluding her 5″ ear pinna, her shoe heels, and the 4” diameowter horseshoe-shaped display base!
Packaged purrrettily in the 4x6x8” cardboard box, the figure is quite intricately and faithfully designed, sculpted and painted to purrfectly capture the look and spirit of the character, so will give this figure the high purraise! Now here is Tami to discuss
Mattel’s Monster High Faboolous
Friends Catty Noir Posable Doll!

Hai! We like to collect Mattel’s Monster High dolls! it is hard to believe that it has already been 15 years since they premiered and are currently in their 3rd generation! Catty Noir is the Catty is the friendly, optimistic, inspirational, industrious, superstitious, confident 16 year old were-kuronekomimi idol star!
The Gen One Catty debuted in 2013, and this Gen Three version debuted in 2034. Both have the Black skin and Pink hair, but biggest difference is their body size, as the G1 Catty had the slim Monster High plastic doll buck (generic body), but G3 Catty doll celebrates the diversity with the larger torso, thighs and tail!
She is beautifully designed, sculpted & painted with the knee-length fiber hair &
13 points of articulation (head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest, hips, knees & tail), She is 11.25” from the soles of her boots to the tips of her ears; w
earing the (removable) fabric minidress & plastic boots;
accompanied by her cat Amulet!
Packaged in the plastic clamshell box, she is accessorized with the glasses, cell phone, microphone, mirror, and hand bag, Unfortunately, a
doll stand is not included, but that is my only quibble with the lovely doll!

M’Ress with the Federation Constitution Class Starship and the Class F Shuttlecraf; a the Klingon warrior woman and the D-6 class battle cruiser which are on the purrowl, nyan!
Then we have two images of assets from S.H.A.D.O. (the Supreme Headquarters, Alien Defence Organisation) of Gerry Anderson’s UFO TV series, including the Sky One aiircraft, and he Moonbase’s Interceptor, both of which are accompanied by purretty purrple-haired ladies, nyan!

… and “Egypt”, which Amarnacally depicts the fifteenth incarnation of Doctor (who was purrtrayed by Ncuti Gatwa), his travel companion Ruby Sunday (who was urrtrayed by Millie Gibson), The TARDIS, and their enemy Sutekh (who was voiced by Gabriel Woolf)! These were all done with the traditional media!
Nextly we are elated to exhibit a new cosplay photo of Crissy, this time with her mom’s dog – a Husky named Lady – as Game of Thrones’ Sansa Stark and her Dire Wolf Ghost! Crissy is wearing the costume made by CosplayWare, and they were photographed by her friend Val, with the bit of Photoshopping by Mike!
