CIPAC) was designed
and built with great magick and care, with the fare, amenities, signage,
paths of egress, restrooms and other facilities to accommodate those who might have fins, tails, hooves or wings or rely on very different senses and forms of communication!

Thusly the many attendees traverse the ramps, stairs, escalators, elevators, flight shafts and waterways to the auditoriums wherein the variable – geometry / environmental seats accommodate the diverse physiques of up to 2500 human-sized bipeds, but can easily accommodate those of the widdle pixy or the giant sizes, quadrupeds, winged and aquatic types, nya!

Twyla Boogeyman is the creepy but shy and good-natured 15 year old student at Monster High who can travel through dreams and shadows! She has the purple-blue and gray skin, Purple-streaked Light Teal hair, and the pet bunny named Dustin! She has existed in all three generations of the Mattel’s Monster High tales and toys, including the 10.5” Gen 3 Creepover Party doll adorably wearing the Pink bunny-eared cowl!

PrettyLitter is an odorless, non-clumping, color-changing, health-monitoring silica gel crystal brand cat litter with the amusing ads on TV and internet, such as the most recent “Cat Goddess” spot which is graced by the lovely spokesperson who claims that she is not a cat lady but a catgirl goddess! We especially like the 2.5 minute version of the spot! The peppy, purrky redhead human in the Pink negligee admits that she is not feline, so she is technically not a literal neko deity such as Bastet, Tefnut or Sekhmet, but given her captivating grace, charm, presence, and compassion for her kitties, we will consider her as the honorary catgirl!
